The Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 Ti is ideally suited for hunting deer and antelope, especially in open country. Weighing only 5.6 lbs, the Mark V Backcountry 2.0 Ti is bedded on a Peak 44 Blacktooth aerospace-grade exposed carbon fiber stock with a 3DHEX recoil pad. For hunters that weigh every ounce, the Backcountry 2.0 Ti cuts the weight without cutting performance. The 3DHEX is a 3D printed recoil pad that has an internal, high strength, energy diffusing lattice structure to spread out directional forces to reduce muzzle lift during recoil.
