OPEN POSITIONS

Product Data Planner

Department: Purchasing
Job Status: Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Product Data Planner, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, creation, and maintenance for product production and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for the management of product data and optimization of product presence, including new item setup, item maintenance, rich content/video uploads, and delivery of all product data attributes for internal and external use. This will include maintaining supporting product databases and developing internal and external processes to communicate data changes for all CTD or CTD Vendor products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Works directly with the Purchasing Inventory Analyst and the Inventory Buyers to contribute to the creation and mining of data.
• Exhibit confidentiality, flexibility, accountability and professionalism.
• Prioritize heavy work volume among the various areas according to department demands.
• Maintain databases as required by department.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Effectively manage production workflow and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in web applications and databases to verify and upload data.
• Possible use of graphic programs for product photo creation.
• Adherence to the highest standards of SEO.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Proficient with Macros, Crystal Reports, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite; including, proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database management, running and writing of Macros, running and writing of reporting software, e-mail, and calendar programs, is a must.
• Energetic and capable of participating successfully in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus.
• Collaborative, team-oriented and capable of thriving in a group work environment.
• Accepts and learns from constructive criticism and responds positively and quickly with proper solutions.
• Technical writing skills preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:  Degree preferred or commensurate work experience
Experience: Working in a fast pace environment and communicating with Analyst and Buyers.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Macros, Crystal Reports, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite and E-mail

Purchasing Rebuyer

Department: Purchasing
Job Status: Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The rebuyer is responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels.  The rebuyer works with historic data to determine order quantities, process new purchase orders, and amend generated orders to meet requirements.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•    Review historic data to determine order quantities.
•    Process new purchase orders.
•    Assist with inventory control management activities including process improvements.
•    May assist buyers with vendor meetings.
•    Track purchase orders and deal with delivery and stock issues.
•    Resolve purchase order/delivery discrepancies.
•    Assist with expediting orders.
•    Process product returns.
