Colt's Model 1873 pistol is one of the most famous and easily recognizable designs in firearms history. It simply screams "old West". Modern day reproductions are popular in cowboy action shooting as well as for personal defense, plinking or even just display.

The Runnin' Iron model from Taylor's & Co is constructed from a forged frame for a stronger pistol offering a longer life. These pistols are made to withstand the rigors of competition and high demands of Cowboy Action and Mounted Shooting Sports. This Runnin' Iron features a Taylor Tuned Action that is hand tuned and polished by expert gunsmiths, while they lighten the hammer and trigger pull. It's a significant upgrade over the already fantastic Taylor Runnin' Iron that will enhance your shooting experience. Taking it a step future the Runnin' Iron Black Rock sports a durable permanent black nitride finish that produces less friction and a smoother surface between moving parts. If you're looking for your next family heirloom turn to Taylor's & Company.
