This rifle is Romania's answer to getting an improved marksman's rifle with all the same controls as the average AK/ Starting with the base of this rifle the PSL comes with bulged trunnion-stamped receiver for maximum strength. Attached to the receiver is a 24.5" chrome lined barrel for superb longevity and potential. At the muzzle of the barrel is a unique muzzle brake. This is to help reduce the recoil impulse from the powerful 7.62x54R cartridge. Along with the nice stable wood furniture lending to a stable and ergonomic shooting experience. For adding optics the rifle uses an SVD style optics rail for adding a PSO or a picatinny rail for your favorite optics.
