The Big Bore Version of the M&P Shield with M2.0 Upgrades

The S&W M&P45 Shield M2.0 is one of the most popular choices for legally armed citizens available today. With diminutive dimensions and light weight, the S&W M&P Shield is easily concealed in various carry positions and methods for just about every body type. The M&P45 Shield is 4.88 inches tall, 6.45 inches long and less than an inch wide at the frame, just over an inch if you count the side stop. The little big-bore comes in at less than 21 ounces unloaded. (Add about 6 more ounces to that mass for a fully loaded M&P45 with quality defensive ammunition.) This means that the M&P45 Shield M2.0 can be concealed easily and carried anywhere and everywhere as a backup or even as a primary in deep-concealment environments.

The second generation of the S&W M&P45 Shield brings enchantments like the new M&P M2.0 crisp trigger with lighter trigger pull and a tactile and audible reset, an aggressive grip texture and front cocking serrations to the M&P Shield line up of pistols. The thumb safety of this model allows for an extra level of safety and security for those that desire it in their handgun. The .45 Auto cartridge has been considered a standard defensive load since 1906, and it remains the choice for millions of pistol aficionados to this very day.
