The Mossberg 940 was developed for the world of action shooting competition. The same level of performance and features that were born from competition are now available for the field in the Mossberg 940 Pro Waterfowl. Starting with the oversized charging handle, bolt release, beveled loading port and the signature Mossberg ambidextrous tang mounted safety, the Mossberg 940 is engineered for easy manipulation of the controls. A fiber optic front sight allows for fast target acquisition, and this top-tier shotgun also comes with an optics ready receiver that allows for the attachment of Shield RMSc footprint micro reflex sights! Many important components are boron-nitride coated to resist corrosion and the elements. The synthetic stock is adjustable for length of pull, drop, and cant.
