I have shot this through
I have shot this through my 2 '06 rifles, a sporterized 1903-A3 and a new marlin xl7. both group at 1.5' most of the time, with 1' and 2' being seldom. i shot 2 deer in '08 season- 1 was quartering to me at 175 to 200yds, hit on 1st rib on right side and exited on last rib on left side, deer dropped where it stood with a lot of internal damage. 2nd was a broadside shot at 50 yds through the ribs/lungs, deer lunged forward 20 feet then dropped. both exit holes were 2'. performed as hoped, is plenty accurate and very affordable, a great round.
