A hunting rifle for this vast landscape needs to be able to make accurate shots at longer distances because stalking your prey and getting close without cover is extremely difficult. Enter the Browning X-Bolt Western Hunter LR. With barrels that are longer than standard, you'll have no problem hitting targets at extreme distances. The barrel has a sporter contour and is fully free floated thanks to the front and rear of the action being bedded. This yields stability and enhances overall accuracy. Additionally, the muzzle is threaded for optional attachment of a suppressor and the X-Bolt Western Hunter LR comes complete with a removable radial muzzle brake to reduce recoil. A lightweight composite stock has a height adjustable comb to allow you to properly align your eye with your scope and the stock's OVIX camouflage finish blends in well in many types of terrain.
