Starting with the operation system the SPC9 uses a direct blowback system in the legendary 9mm luger round. To soften the recoil impulse and to encourage return the SPC9 has an hydraulic buffer built into the rear of the receiver in an AR Style buffer tube assembly. For adding a brace the Pistol comes with a Telescopic brace adapter. For modern touches the SPC 9 is fully ambidextrous from the fire selector to the non reciprocating charging handle. To add some level of familiarity the SPC9 also has some controls similar to the AR-15 Series of firearms.
