A Made in American Roller Locked Pistol from Angstadt Arms in Tactical Gray
The MDP-9 from Angstadt Arm is a awesome new addition to the Pistol Caliber Line up. This compact pistol strived to combine some of the most popular features on the market and create a soft shooting made in America experience. Starting with the main thing that helps the MDP-9 stand out from the crowd is the use of the roller delayed blowback operation system. This unique operating mechanism is famous for its low recoil operation and reliability. This pistol takes that tried and true system and adds some modern enmities. First is the addition of an ambidextrous nonreciprocating charging handle at the front of the receiver that makes for easy handling no matter the shooter preferred handedness. The top and lower are made from modern 7075-T6 aluminum that provides a high strength build with a lighter overall package. The lower has a flared magazine well that lends to faster reloads which is further enhanced by the use of a last round bolt hold open. The 5.85" chrome moly barrel allows for a good shooting pistol and with the use of a tri-lug adapter and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle you can easily add a muzzle device or NFA item. The compact design leads to easily be carried in a bag or on a sling. For adding a brace or sling the pistol has a 1913 Rail and a QD socket on the rear of the Lower Receiver. Included with all these great features this pistol is compatible with most 9mm PCC fire control groups and the popular Glock pattern magazines.
