The Quick Deploy Sight System features an automatic deploy system that springs the sight up with the push of a button. Both front and rear sights lock positively in the folded and deployed positions and are made from aircraft quality aluminum and hardcoated to military specifications.
The front sight mounts on the same plane as the rear sight and uses standard hardware. It features a standard "V" shaped stem. When folded, the sight measures just .435 inches from the rail.
The rear sight features dual peep apertures. When folded, the sight measures just .435 inches from the rail.

Put these on my Stag CAR15 with Vortec optics. Sight picture is perfect with POI same as POA at 100 yards. Sturdy sight with positive mount.

First, these sights do get the job done as they maintain consistency shot to shot. When deployed they have LOTS of wiggle though. For the finish they are three different colors, annoying, although applied well. Despite cleaning and lube out of the box, the release is gritty and tough, not very quick on the deployment. Do they work? Yes. Value for your hard earned money compared to Troy, LWRC, ECT? NO! I own 2 sets of Troy sights, one of LWRC, and several Magpuls. YHM is my least favorite by far.

Ordered Sunday night; had
Ordered Sunday night; had them Wednesday morning; shooting Thursday morning. CTD is faaaaaaaaaassssssssst! These sights had a very tight fit and were absolutely rock solid on my new WW-15. Put them on the gas block (same plane) and were darn near dead-on right out of the package. A few minor adjustments in windage and we were off and rocking. Figured they would at least come with an Allen head for installation, but no. Expensive? Yes, but they are worth every penny. Put 250+ rds through the WW-15 while continuously flipping sights up and down all morning and they were constantly at zero. This YHM product is top-shelf.

I thought these sights were pricey. However, they are of excellent quality. The springs release well and hold the sights firm. Went to the range with these mounted on my M&P15, and one adjustment later, I had a solid zero. Perfect as back up sights on my Bushnell halo sight.

I just got these sight for my Smith&Wesson M&P15 OR, they look BOSS and they work great with the high gas block.. also mount's to the rifle VERY snug.Im very happy with the buy and give thanks to Cheaper than dirt for having a fine line of sights such as the yhm Q.D.S thank you. A MUST BUY.

Bought these a while ago
Bought these a while ago and they are still holding up. They will hold a zero and you don't have to adjust it much. I was a lil worried about buying a sight that flipped up instead of being fixed . All in all, well worth the money.

Used them on an archangel
Used them on an archangel stock for a Mini-30. Front sight is adjustable, as well as the rear one. Rear one has small and large aperture. They flip up when you hit the button, but like others have said, it takes some squeezing so they won't open unless you want them to. Would recommend to others.

Ordered these sights, add
Ordered these sights, added 2 arr2266 yankee hill rail risers, then installed Ncstar 3moa red dot. All on a flat rail mp15. You will find that everything fits perfect, you can use the red dot with the iron sights or turn off the red dot and look through the scope and use the iron sights. Could not do better with a micrometer. All fits perfect. I give this 10 bullets and its cheap and durable to.

Great product, the qualit
Great product, the quality and build is very solid,I installed mine on my M&P 15, great fit and looks good too. Again, they are a little stiff to deploy, but that can also be a good thing for stay down when not in use. GREAT PRODUCT
