Good looking purchase
I have not shot yet, rain has held me back. The fit and finish was superb. I will try to remember to update once I have shot, that's the only reason for 4 stars. It does seem to add alittle more noticeable weight on the front of the rifle prom my previous muzzle break.

This brake looks sweet tucked in to my 15" Rail!
It does the job a comp brake should do and looks sweet at the same time. 100% recommend this product.

Will this fit inside the handguard on a Diamondback DB15? Cant find the ID of the handguard online and have one on the way and really interested in this one.
Answer: Yes it will fit.
Can this comp be pin an weld to a 11.5 inch barrel to a total of 16inch?
Answer: No it cannot. Based on the unique design this only adds about 1.13" to the overall length of the barrel. Per the written description: ...the brake has the aggressive look of a fake suppressor, the design also reduces recoil and rise... - Threads over barrel - 5" Long - Covers 3.87" of barrel that is less than .85" diameter. This means 5" - "3.87 = 1.13" + 11.5" = 12.63" total length.
How is it installed?
Answer: You would need to take off your existing muzzle device if applicable, then add a crush washer and potentially shims before threading on the new muzzle device and tighten it til it is snug and timed correctly.
How does this compare with an A2 muzzle device in terms of sound, flash, and recoil?
Answer: It should compensate better but I imagine it would produce more flash. It will not reduce decibels.
Do I need to use my crush washer thats on my ar or take it off and thread the compensator brake on without
Answer: When you attach a new muzzle device you should always use a new crush washer or shims if needed to properly time the device
Will this fit a Ruger AR 556 Pistol? Thanks.
Answer: Yes it will
Can giu give me the exact outside diameter and how much barrel is needed behind the barrel threads? My handguard is 1.35" diameter (inside) and I have 2.5" of barrel behind the threads. I'd like the specs so I know this will fit. Thank you!
Answer: This is 1.5 OD and requires a barrel the is less than .85" and covers 3.87" of barrel. This is 5" long.
What is the exact length of this comp?
Answer: The compensator is 5" long.
So I have a KAG "Flash Can" and want to replace with a comp. How long is this muzzle device as I need one near the same length or longer which is 3.25"? Also it needs to fit inside the handguard just like the flash can.
Answer: This will extend about 1 1/4" from the muzzle and will slip over the barrel about 3". It's approximately 1.5" in diameter
Will this fit inside the UTG PRO Model4/15 15" Car Length SuperSlim Drop-in Handguard? Or will it fit inside the NcSTAR AR-15 Carbine Extended KeyMod Handguard? What is the diameter of the Phoenix brake/compensator?
Answer: It's approximately 1.5" in diameter and will fit inside most handguards.
How much length does this add to the barrel?
Answer: This will extend about 1 1/4" from the muzzle and will slip over the barrel about 3".
