XTS bolt carrier nickel matte boron.
Overall good product but be careful what cleaning supplements you use on this bolt carrier it seemed to tarnish and leave black spots. Performance was good.

Are all the components covered in nickel boron?
Answer:
All the external parts of the BCG have a nickel boron finish. However, parts like the firing pin or the firing pin retaining pin will not have the finish.
Is Nickle boron the coating that you dont have to lube?
Answer:
The nickel boron finish makes for very low friction. However, I would still recommend using lube, as oil can help roll off carbon.

The .224 Valkyrie is basically a necked down 6.8 SPC, so if you want to convert your AR-15 to .224 Valk, you'll need a 6.8 SPC bolt. Try item 2-FZ-68SPC-01-NH
