actually having 2 Mak's f
actually having 2 Mak's for going on 20 years now (was one of the first to pick one up when the started to hit the market in the mid 80's) I find this wolf ammo to be ok for range..it's very smokey and very dirty. Will gunk up the gun pretty well after even 50 rounds. On the range 5 rounds in fast order and you can't see the target from the smoke...its that bad. Have had more than i like of non fires, several slide jams, and even a delay ignition of a few seconds. I WOULD NOT use this ammo for daily carry or home protection. Plinking at the range is fine but for a few extra $ i'd go Win or S&B for protection.

I've put nearly 2000 rounds of Wolf 9x18 Makarov through my CZ-82, and it's both dependable and accurate. I've noticed that it is dirty, but a cheap brush takes it right out of the barrel, and a small paint-brush gets it out of the rest of the pistol. I suspect that the cause of the 'dirt' is some sort of flash suppressant, since there is almost no muzzle flash at night. It's good stuff, only not available here very often.
