Nearly flawless
These are descent .223 rounds. With full new 30 rd magazines, the top rd is tight and does not want to exit the magazine without some forward assistance. After the first rd is chambered I experience nearly flawless firing and ejections. I say nearly flawless because I had spent over 240 rds of Wolf .223 on outdoor range targets when one of the steel casings got stuck in the 5.56 chamber of my AR-15. I’ve read it could be “some coating that melts off and becomes sticky in the chamber” or “the steel expands in a hot chamber”. I’m not 100% sure why it got stuck but I am sure that this ammo puts holes in targets nicely. I’ve been told to only load 25 rds into new mags until the mag springs get broken in. Yeah, again, idk. Overall experience… Wolf steel .223 is good ammo and I will buy it again.
