Eley doesn’t miss a chance to enhance accuracy. This round features their own proven primer (which emits a distinctive odor on ignition), as well as a precision cut case mouth which releases the bullet nice and evenly. The bullet’s extraordinarily uniform profile and weight distribution ensure precisely the same sort of trajectory. The bullet’s 1,050 fps muzzle velocity (out of a rifle) is subsonic. That’s ideal if you’re chiefly concerned with precision, as the bullet can’t start wobbling as a result of slowing to subsonic mid-flight.
