Yes, it's a standard mid-length gas tube.
So would this has tube work for the 1/7 twist mid length barrel with low profile gas block 5.56 "16 ?? I'm curious either I need a full carbine length tube for that barrel or mid since it comes with the gas block already attached

It will fit if you have a mid length gas system. If your gas system is approximately 6-7", measuring from the end of the receiver to the beginning of the gas block, it is carbine length. If it is 8-9" then it is mid length
