Bought to shoot through a new AR, fed well no issues, Winchester always has good quality, a little more than steel case but always worth it, especially in " break in" period

USA Valor 5.56 nato rounds
Love the green tips. When it comes to home defense I can use it in AR 15 or the .223 in Ruger mini 14 that my father passed down to me.I am retired Army so I know a little bit about this.

Answer: The Sig 716 is a 7.62 nato round/.308 winchester. It will not accept 5.56mm ammunition.
