This is sort of a recommendation question if you don't mind, I currently replaced the guts in my Taurus g2c 9mm (example: i replaced the barrel, recoil spring, and the mag catcher sleeve.) and i am having slight issues with feeding and i was wondering is there a ammo brand or type you recommend using to break it in? I been using MaxxTech FMJ 124 grain but they seem to be getting jammed idk if it's the ammo or the barrel but on the safe side i was asking for a recommendation.(I had no issues using the MaxxTech 9mm ammo with the old guts it's just the new barrel etc and i just don't want to damage the barrel etc) Thx and sorry for the long message.
Answer:
Go with any good quality brass cased 115 gr FMJ moving 1200 fps or faster from a reputable manufacturer. After 250 rounds, if you're still having problems, you may want a gunsmith to verify your installation of aftermarket parts. You could be seeing tolerance stacking issues.
Will this work well in my 9mm Glock G19?
