Does Winchester know how to make .22 WMR ammunition? Buddy … they’re the reason why the cartridge has a “W” in its name.
Whether you’re reclaiming the forest from squirrels, the meadows from groundhogs, or any other environment from whichever small game habitually resides there, Winchester’s USA .22 Win Mag (previously branded “Dynapoint”) ammunition ought to be the tool of your trade. This round’s 45 grain bullet is a copper-plated (for clean performance) hollow point (for terminal expansion), which issues out of a 24” barrel at 1,550 fps, keeps 131 ft lbs energy at 100 yards, and transitions to subsonic not long thereafter – and those numbers do all indeed derive from a 24” test barrel.
Clean ignition. The consistent accuracy that can only come from tentative attention to detail. Great compatibility with all firearms, coupled with the kind of economy that makes this hunting ammo a viable choice for all-day target shooting as well. Winchester promises it all with each 50-round box of this .22 Mag ammo – and you get 40 of those boxes when you wisely invest in the whole case!
