i bought a bunch of this
i bought a bunch of this ammo and in my brand new ptr91 it would fail to extract / eject almost every five rounds or so. it was accurate but i believe the pressure is not there for semi-auto reliable operation. i also had this result in my brand new m1a...

This ammo worked great in
This ammo worked great in my M1A N.M., I had pretty good groups with it out to about 450 yards. I don't use a scope on my weapon, just a shot spotter like a standard rifle qualification, or competition. I have to say that these rounds are of a lower pressure than the .308 Win civilian type ammo, but not bad at all. I will be buying more when it gets back in stock. I have seen countless reviews on ammo bieng dirty or the rifle failing to feed or fire. I just have to say that I have trained thousands of people to shoot in a combat environment. It may just be that lack of knowing that when you go out to the range and shoot, your weapon will get dirty. It's a fact. So keep it properly lubricated and cleaned. You will have no problems. Also try not to use the magazine to support you in a shooting position, your weapon may have a failure to feed. Semper

I've used this round to b
I've used this round to begin sighting in my savage hunting rifle. it's good cheap ammo to get the groupings close, then I'll go behind it with the premium rounds, usually federal, to fine tune my groupings.I've saved a lot of money using this for the range through the years. I would never use it as my hunting ammo though.

This ammo is horrible for
This ammo is horrible for any roller delayed blowback weapons like the HK G3, PTR, or CETME. It is extremely dirty and after 20rds my PTR was so gummed up the gun was jamming and would no longer fire. It took quite a cleaning effort to get all the junk out. I don't know how this ammo would preform in other systems as it is still dirty, but avoid it at all costs if you own a CETME or CETME based rifle like the HK or PTR 91.

I purchased 100 rounds to
I purchased 100 rounds to shoot in my M1A, I had no mis-fires but alot of flyers. This being Winchester ammo I thought it would be a good pratice ammo but I guess not...maybe my standards are too high, but this stuff is not worth the extra few bucks.
