Varmints and predators have plenty of places to hide. But once they fall under your crosshairs, they’ll have nowhere to escape to. That’s because you chamber the power of Super-X: Winchester’s trusted line of hunting ammunition which has served Americans famously for over 100 years.

This cartridge is loaded with a 55 grain bullet, which reaches a velocity of 3,240 fps upon clearing a 24” barrel. That’s the most popular weight/velocity combo for 223 range ammo, which means your previous target practice has almost certainly shown you what to expect from this round.

This round’s jacketed soft point isn’t designed for defense. Its copper-alloy jacket is thin, and therefore enables very fast expansion accompanied by significant fragmentation. The result is a wound channel that may prove too shallow to reliably neutralize a human attacker – but just right for dropping a smaller game animal.

Loaded in the USA with reusable brass cases. Winchester’s primers haven’t been corrosive at any point during the average American’s lifetime, and this particular ammo was manufactured just recently.
