Are these shot shells high or low brass and does it come in #6 shots

Hello Burt! "High brass" can mean one of two things. The steel cap itself is not high, and doesn't extend very high up the base of the hil. The shell's 3-1/4 dram equivalent does qualify it as "high brass" vis a vis power though.
