Get A Good Recoil Pad
Ran a box of these through my new shotty, damn near took my shoulder off. Wouldn’t want to be hit with one of these rounds, will keep a few boxes handy for home defense.

Can these be used for deer hunting? I know they’re not optimal but slugs are hard to come by.

Yes they could.
I have a Winchester shotgun with multiple chokes. For using this ammo would I just remove the choke as the choke is for dispersion of "shot"? I saw the other question saying not to use this ammo with a full choke but need clarity.
Answer:
It is not recommend to fire this with no choke installed. we recommend the cylinder choke to protect the threads.
I have a model 870 Remington full choke 12 gauge. Can I shoot this ammo without causing any harm to the weapon?
Answer:
It is not recommended to shoot slugs out of a full choke weapon.
Can I use these on a rifled barrel?
Answer:
Theses are really designed for a Smooth Bore. They are not recommended to be fired from a rifled barrel.
