Seems like Winchester made this 9mm Luger ammunition just for you! Its bullets are EXTREMELY light at 90 grains because they don’t contain so much as a lick of lead. They are frangible: made of compressed copper and other metal powders, which gives them a couple of key performance advantages. High-velocity impact with a solid surface causes the frangible bullet to break apart, at which point it poses virtually zero risk of splash-back. And because the frangible bullet is lead-free, it doesn’t produce lead gas during ignition or otherwise dirty an indoor range’s air with fine particles that you’d rather not have inside your lungs.

This ammunition is not marketed for personal defense. It does not deliver terminal expansion. It can theoretically reduce the risk of potentially disastrous over-penetration, although its frangible bullets are still capable of passing through a threat and several layers of drywall.
