Flawed Design
This gas block/tube blew out on me after 43 rounds. I followed the installation and tuning instructions perfectly. On this particular model, the gas tube is held into the block via a small flared rim on the forward end of the tube so as to not let it slide out of the block, but it did... releasing the now loose gas tube into my upper, chipping the gas key on my BCG.
