Where the pin hole is located it is very tough to get the pin through the bolt release and the tabs on the lower receiver. The lower receiver is an Aero precision. When I mounted the enhanced Strike Industries bolt release the pin went right through both bolt release and lower receiver easily!

This bolt latch is pretty
This bolt latch is pretty handy. The fit and finish are great, and it's really sturdy on the rifle. It has different slots so you can rotate the paddle forward, up or rearward. The only thing I don't like is that the little screw that holds the paddle tight comes loose pretty much all the time so I had to loctite the hell out of it. But all in all its pretty cool.

I give it one bullet due
I give it one bullet due to the great idea and the need for a working piece. Installed it on my Colt carbine and thought it would be a great feature to have. Well after about 100 rounds the large contact surface plate fell off the main piece. This left a release pad smaller than the original unit but it was still functional so a soldier would not be out of the fight but it is a shame as I always thought Wilson was a first class manufacture. I have not contacted them or Cheaper yet but it will need to be removed and the original unit installed. I don't think I'll give a replacement another shot as I just can't risk a repeat issue.

Installed on an AR lower
Installed on an AR lower for my 762x39 upper. Works great, multiple positions available for your choice and feel. Mine came blued, not stainless like the picture, kinda sucked. oh well, still works well.

This thing is absolutely a must for all of us AR-15 enthusiast who really really like to shoot alot!I can totally see the military potential for this enhancement as well.I must say that it makes a nice compliment to any version and make or model, I'm sure of it.Whether available in the not so distant future or not,I would get it while you can.Hopefully before others gobble them up at the rate things seem to be depleting in inventories these days.(Thanks CTD another great product).I do reccomend Loctite as well on the set screw.

Great product, installs like standard bolt release, even has 3 different positions. I gave it a 4 because the pad will come off eventually if you do not use loc-tite on the screw that holds it.

ok, this thing is awsome,
ok, this thing is awsome, i highly recommend a dab of loc-tite for the adjustment set screw, just to be safe, however you can rotate it forward or backwards towards grip or away. this is a must for anyone who purchases a redimag to mount a magazine on the side of your magwell. it is large about the size of a quarter, provides a perfect point to slap with the edge of your palm in the event of a rapid magazine change. i highly recommend this item, i have one on my rifle and love it. took me about 10 minutes to switch it out, though you will need a pin punch for the roll pin holding it in the weapon. i also recommend the oversize tactical latch for the charging handle.
