I somehow managed to bend the original slide stop on my .45. This replacement part has behaved in all ways as if it was designed to replace the original - go figure! ;)
It slid right in, and has functioned flawlessly - better than the original, really. It got here quickly and with no issues of which I'm aware.

Because of the incredible pounding it takes, the slide stop is subject to breakage and wear. Wilson Combat chose the finest tool steel available and heat treats it to produce a truly Bullet Proof part. This is a drop in part, but may require minor fitting in some 1911 handguns.
