The Wilson Combat ambidextrous thumb safety provides a comfortable thumb rest for shooters who prefer their 1911 to be set up with a high thumb. Both sides of the safety feature an extended, wide, and downward angled wings. This greatly enhances the comfort when shooting while allowing for rapid manipulation of the safety selector. This is an excellent option for south-paw shooters who would benefit from a slightly wider lever on the right hand side of the gun.
