This Wheeler Roll Pin Install Tool Kit includes six punches, 3 with counter-bore tips to start roll pins and 3 with indexing tips to finish roll pins. Useful, but probably better out there
I have this kit as one of the items that comes with the Wheeler AR-15 Delta Series Armorer's Essentials Kit 156111. It's useful, but far from perfect. It is missing a starter punch that is sized properly for an AR-15 gas tube roll pin, and the steel of the various punches is on the soft side (caveat emptor: "Made in China"). If you have a particularly stubborn roll pin, you may end up bending the smaller punches.
