If you want to hunt with a 7mm Weatherby Magnum rifle, then your options are fairly limited. If you want to do that *plus* go lead-free, then your options are even more constrained. But even so, you have found it! Weatherby’s own Select Plus 140 grain TTSX ammunition!

Is this 7mm Wby Mag cartridge accurate? Truly. Its monolithic bullet keeps the barrel nice and clean, uses Accu-Groove bands to reduce pressure against the bore, maintains excellent in-flight rotational stability, and pierces the air with its sharp polymer tip. Even its precision heel radius base is designed to improve accuracy. It all flows together to create a TTSX with a .412 G1 ballistic coefficient, which rises less than 2” above the bore line before striking a 200-yard target.

Beneath the TTSX’s tip lies a deep nose cavity. The tip slides down in there on impact, which in turn forces the outward protrusion of four curling petals with sharp, knife-like ridges. This form of terminal expansion becomes all the deadlier once you factor the TTSX’s deep penetration into the equation.
