The waterBOB® is a water containment system that holds up to 100 gallons of fresh drinking water in any standard bathtub in the event of an emergency.

Be prepared for any emergency with the WaterBOB®. Every household should have several for temporary water storage during emergency situations and after disaster relief. The WaterBOB® is needed for a hurricane, tropical or winter storm, tornado, earthquake or flood. Anytime there is a water main break or flood conditions, the public water supply may be contaminated and unsafe to use. Others uses for the WaterBOB® include RVs and campers for storage and for homes and cabins in remote areas where it is hard to find fresh water.

The WaterBOB® is constructed of heavy-duty, 10 mil food-grade Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic. This material follows and stays within US FDA guidelines.

Before a disaster hits, simply place the WaterBob in any standard bathtub, attach the fill socket to the faucet and fill the bladder to capacity, 100 gallons, in approximately 20 minutes. A siphon pump is included to easily dispense the water into jugs or pitchers. Constructed of heavy-duty food grade plastic that is FDA-compliant and can store water up to 16 weeks.

Have a question about this?

This will be displayed next to your question.

When it is fill to capacity, what are the dimension (height, width, length)?  I need to build a frame to put it in since we do not have a bath tub - only showers in our house.
Answer: Unfortunately the manufacturer does not specify this information. They only list that it will hold 100 gallons. The item was designed to fit most bathtubs and according to Google/Home depot the interior dimensions of the 'most common bathtub size' are listed as 53" x 24" x 12". However, you are welcome to contact the manufacturer for further clarification.
Explain how this attaches to a bath tub faucet? Note: Bathtub faucets are commonly a raw pipe covered with decorative cover.
Answer: The Bob attaches to the faucet using a fill sock. Slide the fill sock over the faucet and hold it firmly while filling the bladder with cold water. If you click over to the third photo, you can view the full instructions.
