Viridian® will repair or replace, at its option, any product or part (with the exception of the battery) which is found to be defective under normal use and service, without charge. Viridian’s obligation to repair or replace, at Viridian’s option, shall be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.  This warranty does not apply to FACT WMC products.
