I purchased this holster for my G3C and I'm having an issue with when I holster my firearm the magazine comes out of the gun. Is this holster defective?

You may want to back off of the adjustable retention screws just a bit.
I have the green laser attached to the rail of my gun will this fit its a g3c?

This is designed to fit a G3c with a Viridian E-Series laser attached. If your laser attachment is similar in size or smaller than the Viridian E-Series laser, then this should fit.
