Easy choice easy install oversized port hole simplify
Install simplified with oversized gas port hole , it has bolts to tighten to keep in place that's better than those with set screws that can come loose

Great Product
I don't use a quad rail but I needed a way to mount a bi-pod and some other accessories including a front flip up sight. The High Profile is perfect to keep everything lined up with the upper's rail. Installation was easy. I measured everything out to make sure I lined up the gas port, but it wasn't needed because the UTG has an oversized gas port and it slid right into place without any fuss. It is important to check your alignment. I used a 3 ft long construction level to ensure correct placement. Then tighten up and go!

I needed a rail height ga
I needed a rail height gas block to mount a front sight for my 9mm AR. This worked out just fine although I can't say how well it would work as a gas block since I won't be using it for that purpose. (I typically stick to steel gas blocks when they are actually installed as such). It was a perfect fit and paired nicely with a UTG super slim free float hand guard. Made in USA.

May I use this to replace the gas block on my DPMS Oracle, to have gaze block and top rail match hight?
Answer:
This gas block has a higher rail on top that is designed to line up with the picatinny rail on your receiver. This will allow you to use a 'same plane' front sight. Another option is to use a front sight that is designed to mount on a 'lower 1/3' gas block, such as the Oracle. Check out item # ARR-276-082 and ARR-804.
Can you use this as a rail mount accessory without using it as a gas block? For example, installing this on the barrel closer to the muzzle and in front of the factory gas block?
Answer:
No this was not designed for that. However we do have rails that mount directly to the barrel. Check out item # ARR-031 and GNS-276-006 and SCP-625.
Once installed could I affix an MBUS front sight to this and it would be the same height as the rear MBUS sight?
Answer:
Yes, you could, and it will be the proper height.
