UTG OP3 Micro Red Dot 3.5 MOA Reflex Sight Adaptive Base
The UTG OP3 Micro Reflex Sight has a 3.5 MOA single dot reticle with eight power-intensity settings to accommodate different weather and lighting conditions. The magnetized battery compartment reduces intermittent reticle illumination and flicker. The optic height can co-witness with most suppressor-height iron sights. There is a tertiary aiming point laser-engraved on the rear face of the optic hood. The OP3 is IPX7 waterproof rated and compatible with most optics-ready pistol systems and all UTG RDM20 mounts.

Is this compatible with a Shield footprint as the SCCY DVG-1?

No this optic has a wider Doctor/Noblex footprint. However, we do have Shield compatible optics in stock. Check out item # 2-TG8416B or 2-CMT01-01960 or 7-3TMPRD.
No dimensions ? Will it fit the newish beretta apx carry a1 9mm ?

This has a Doctor/Noblex optic footprint, which is typically for pistols with a double stack magazine, so you may find better fitment with a Shield RMS footprint optic. You will need an adapter plate to mount a red dot to your slide. Beretta's APX red-dot ready slide is designed to receive a variety of optic plates, one of which will be provided by Beretta free of charge through the warranty registration process online, including Burris, C-more, Shield, and Holosun Series.
Will this fit on Zastava's m70 scope mount? Ideally on the small side rail? I know its UTG but just want to confirm before purchase.

The Op3 Micro Red Dot has the common Doctor footprint. One of the Ruger-57 mounting plates will be required. See item# 2-RUG90722
