This is an extremely rare British surplus ammunition made in England by Radway Green. The former Royal Ordnance Factory ( Radway Green) manufactured this cartridge for British armed forces up until 1973, and was located just outside the Cheshire town of Alsager. .303 British is a .303-inch (7.7 mm) caliber rifle and machine gun cartridge first developed in Britain, December 1888, for the Lee-Metford rifle, and later the Lee- Enfield and Martini-Enfield. It was the standard British and Commonwealth military cartridge from 1889 until the 1950s.

This is true vintage Military Spec MK7 Spitzer .303 British! This ammo has a 174 grain Full Metal Jacket bullet, brass cased, berdan primed, and is corrosive.
