Gets the job done well for a great price
I just wanted to add a light to my AR and this mount is an inexpensive and easy way to do it. I added some threadlocker just to be sure it doesn't loosen.

Cheap price, not a cheap product
Very solid, good quality, easy to mount. I see no reason why anyone would need to buy one of the more expensive versions.

I ordered this to mount a light on my Rock River patrol rifle without having to change out the handguard and front sight/gas block. It took about two minutes to install, and is quite solid. I do recommend a little blue Loctite on the threads.
