Get Unmatched Performance from Your Remington 700 with a TriggerTech Trigger
Developed with a focus on performance the Remington 700, Single-Stage Special Trigger utilizes CLKR technology for adjusting trigger pull weight. This allows the shooter to feel tactile clicks as the weight is adjusted, eliminating the guess work. Frictionless Release Technology uses a patented, free-floating roller that is captured between the sear and the trigger to provide a true zero-creep break with an over-travel of less than 0.015". The free-floating roller reduces the friction you experience with sliding friction triggers. Trigger over-travel and reset are controlled by the TKR Technology, called the "ticker." The "ticker" is an intermediate component that enables the sear to release without further trigger movement.Due to the exceptionally crisp break the activation energy is less than friction-based triggers. Most shooters report the pull weights feeling significantly lighter than a friction-based trigger of the same measured weight. The triggers components are assembled as a matched set to enable a true zero-creep break, extremely short overtravel and offers outstanding reliability, even in the harshest environments. Frictionless Release Technology, along with hardened 440C stainless steel internal components ensure corrosion resistance and an extended service life. As Frictionless Release Technology does not rely on coating, polishing or lubricating the key engagement surfaces, trigger pulls will be more consistent from shot to shot.
