The Traditions Smackdown bullet combines an EZ Load 3-petal sabot with a Hornady Super Shock Tip bullet to create an exceptional muzzleloading projectile. The EZ Load sabot provides a superior gas seal and prevents petal overlap when the sabot engages bore rifling resulting in easy loading. The Super Shocked Tip (SST) Bullet was designed specifically by Hornady to perform under muzzleloading velocities. The proprietary yellow spire point polymer tip and tapered copper jacket, interlocked with a lead core, provide controlled expansion and deep penetration.
