Snap Caps have a variety of uses around the bench.
It is generally accepted that one shouldn't drop the firing pin on an empty chamber - which is the primary reason to have Snap Caps for your favorite guns. You should always use Snap Caps when checking or adjusting the trigger pull. If you prefer to release the tension on the hammer springs, when storing your guns, Snap Caps are ideal.
Whatever your needs, Snap Caps are handy and inexpensive.

the big red 1
I been using tipton for years and it has a good durability and quality. Especially the color, big red 1. Not like the other brands that it look like real to me.

They work
I use these in my p30 to practice trigger control and they work fine for that. Also as always CTD shipping was right on time.

The plastic gets broken up after a couple of uses
Expensive and low quality. Buy the metal snap caps for the same price. The plastic is soft and after a couple of uses it gets dinged and cracked. It won't feed anymore - I can still use it by manually inserting it into the chamber but even that won't work for long. Cons: Not durable

Bought a set of the Tipto
Bought a set of the Tipton Snap Caps for my new 12 Gauge pump (also got a set of 12 gauge A-Zooms snap caps). One of the plastic Tiptons just won't feed, either through the tube or direct! Each time I tried feeding a Tipton the pump didn't fully close. I had to remove the barrel every time (tried multiple times just to be sure) to dislodge the Tipton Snap Cap. The A-Zooms went in and feed and ejected without any issues.

This won't shoot or eject with force? It's for praxticing drawing and dry firing prevention? Can I use these inside?
Answer:
The are designed for practicing and good for indoor use. They will not eject without you cycling the slide manually, as they are plastic dummy/false rounds that just match the dimensions of a 9mm cartridge.
