First time that I have used anything but old aluminum or steel rods. After reading about possible damage from them, I ordered the carbon rod. Works like a charm.

A must have for a 24+inch
A must have for a 24+inch barrel on tactical/target/sniper rifles. I used it in conjunction with a bore guide in my FP10 .308. Very smooth, very sturdy and better than the aluminum rod anyday!
