Can this fit a quad rail or any pinky tinny rail or or fit 20.5 mm,?

I'm really not sure if it will fit a pinky tinny rail or not. I do know that it's designed to fit any Mil-Spec M1913 Picatinny Rail which is 21.2mm wide and would also include most quad-rails.
What is length of the this? So I know what size m-loc to buy.

The overall length is 2-3/4". The mounting surface is 1-3/4".
Will this fit FAB Defense Vanguard M-LOK AK/AKM Polymer Handguard Black?

This will attach to a picatinny rail, such as item # ARR-302-090, and you can add the picatinny rail to the FAB Defense Vanguard. However, you may also directly attach it to one of the M-Lok slots. Check out item # ARR-302-204 or ARR-302-200
