Hi HD! Manufactuer says this grip is compatible with Mossberg 500/590/600/Maverick. They do not specify it for the 590M, and so I cannot confidently recommend it for that gun. It's quite possible that the grip would work on a 590M. I don't see why it wouldn't, but I'm not at liberty to recommend it for a gun it's not specified for. TacStar does not appear to manufacture a grip specifically for the 590M. Perhaps they would shed more light on the matter if you asked them directly!
