No, the 416 pistols do not come with a Mil-spec diameter buffer tube. Also, adding a stock to an AR pistol without the ATF approval and a tax stamp would create a regulated SBR (short barreled rifle) in federal violation of the NFA.
Do I have to change anything to use.this with my dpms a15?

As long as your DMPS has a mil-spec buffer tube/receiver extension it should fit fine. It will not fit commercial spec buffer tubes/receiver extensions.
