Great experience another great job from cheaper than dirt
The QD is exactly what I thought it would be very well constructed fit my needs perfectly and I'm sure it will fit anyone else's needs if they need a good QD on their rifle. Or shotgun. Couldn't be more happy or satisfied.

Mounted nicely on the piccatinny hand guard, worked as expected and supports the weight with attachments loaded on, definitely recommend!

Does this rotate freely or lock in multi places on 360 ?

The bottom half of the mount is screwed into place and the QD stud rotates freely.
Will it fit 1.5 in sling?
Answer:
It should fit.
will it fit adequately on the AR15 railing?
Answer:
This will fit as long as your AR15 has a picatinny rail for this to mount to.
