Out of the box, it will not fit.
Though I was told that it would fit an HK/Umarex MP5, It would not fit out of the box. After machining some of the material off, it did fit. If not for this issue, I would give it one more star.

Looks good works fine
Picatinny claw does its job. I did have to modify it slightly to fit on a H&K mp5 it did not sit over the top of the gun. A little grinding and now it sits strong holds optics in place.

Will this fit an ATI GSG-16 22LR?
Answer:
Probably not, as the ATI GSG-16 already has a picatinny rail and the firearm this was designed for does not.
Will this fit the HK SP5?
Answer:
No it will not.
