I am frankly confused by this product. Your description states that it "add(s) additional length to fit your A2 AR-15 stock." But doesn't it go inside of the buffer tube at the rear of the buffer spring to add addition length to the buffer assembly when firing straight blowback PCC upper? If that is the case, why is additional length required to completely buffer the movement of the 9mm bolt? I really would appreciate some additional information on this item. And another facet of this question, is the necessity of using this spacer dependent on the weight of buffer you are using? IN other words, is this necessary if using an H2 buffer but not if you are using an H5 buffer???
