Yes it does
Will this fit a radical 5.56 lower half?
Answer:
It will fit a Radical AR pistol, but adding a barrel shorter than 16" to an AR-15 rifle without the ATF approval and a tax stamp would create a regulated SBR (short barreled rifle) in federal violation of the NFA.
