Can i use this on 5.56 or 2.23 ??

Probably not. The thread pitch om most .223/5.56 barrels is 1/2x28 TPI. This comp will not fit.
I know it says 9mm but would it also work for 350 legend?

This is not likely to fit. While the 9mm and 350 Legend share a bullet diameter, your firearm will need to have 1/2"x36 threading at the muzzle for this device to fit. The most common 350 Legend threading is 1/2"x28.
